I. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country, regardless of whether the visitors come from different countries. For any dispute that may arise from this contract, the courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction.
The terms hereof supersede any oral or written communication or agreement between the parties.
